Robin Williams’ Widow, Susan Schneider, Gives First Interview

Categories: Uncategorized

ffWhen Robin Williams died by suicide in August 2014, the actor left behind three children and his third wife, Susan Schneider. For the first time since Williams’ death, Schneider will speak out in an exclusive interview with Amy Robach of ABC News. The interview is set to air Nov. 3 on “Good Morning America.”

“It’s the best love I ever dreamed of,” Schneider says in a promo for the upcoming interview. In another clip, a tearful Schneider says of his death, “I just screamed ‘Robin, what happened? What did you do?'”

The interview will include never-before-seen videos of Williams and Schneider and will apparently go over the couple’s last conversation together.

Schneider and Williams married in 2011 after dating for almost four years. Schneider, a graphic designer was described as “very sweet” by Williams.

After the actor’s death, things turned ugly between Schneider and Williams’ three children — Zelda, Cody and Zachary. In a court battle, the two parties fought over Williams’ clothing and personal items. After nearly a year, the dispute over William’s estimated $100 million dollar estate was settled out of court just a few weeks ago.

Ford Says He Had Amnesia After Plane Crash

Categories: Top Stories

Harrison Ford’s recollection of his plane crash in March sounds like something out of a movie.

The 73-year-old action star appeared on Thursday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” wearing a “dog in a hot dog suit” costume, marking his first interview on late night TV since the accident.

Over seven months ago, Ford was flying solo when his small, vintage two-seater fighter plane malfunctioned, forcing him to crash land at the Penmar Golf Course.

Ford admitted that he doesn’t remember a lot of the crash, but he does recall how it all started. “I remember the engine stopping, I remember that part very well,” he said. “I remember telling the tower what I was going to do and I remember their suggestion. Their suggestion was that I take the normal route to land and I knew that I wasn’t going to do that. So I said ‘no.'”

After that, it appears the “Star Wars” actor had a bout of amnesia. “And that’s the last thing I remember until five days afterwards,” he said. “I’m told by the doctors that the amount of general anesthetic that I received…gave me retrograde amnesia.”

“That kind of thing happens in movies,” Kimmel quipped. As it just so happens, Ford played a man with amnesia in the 1991 film “Regarding Henry.”

“This was not a movie,” Ford replied dryly.

The actor also spoke about his ankle injury sustained on the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” set. Kimmel pointed out that the police report said “a 73-year-old man was injured by a garage door.”

When the host, who was dressed as Princess Leia, asked if the cops lied and he was really injured by the door of the Millennium Falcon, Ford replied, “Woof.”

In 1999, Ford talked all about flying during an interview with ET. “You just forewarn yourself against the potential, which is always there, for an accident,” he said.

Leonard Nimoy’s Son On ‘The Big Bang Theory’

Categories: Top Stories

adamnimoy“The Bang Bang Theory” will continue to honor the legendary television star Leonard Nimoy in an upcoming episode with a guest appearance from the actor’s son, Adam.

The younger Nimoy will play himself and be paying a visit to Jim Parson’s “Star Trek”-obsessed Sheldon in an episode titled “The Spock’s Resonance.” In the episode, his plan is to get Sheldon to appear in a documentary about his famous father a project the filmaker is actually making.

Fellow “Star Trek” alum Wil Wheaton will also appear in the episode, continuing his recurring role as a fictionalized version of himself.

Although he never actually appeared on the CBS show himself, Leonard Nimoy was often mentioned on the series. When he passed away earlier this year, “The Bing Bang Theory” paid homage to the “Star Trek” star with a portrait and brief message following an episode.

“The Spock’s Resonance” episode of “The Big Bang Theory” airs at 8 p.m. Nov. 5 on CBS.

Phil Collins Coming Out Of Retirement

Categories: Uncategorized

pcTake a look at him now: Phil Collins is no longer ‘officially’ retired from music. The ‘Against All Odds’ singer stepped away from touring and recording nearly ten years ago, but Phil announced he’s working on a comeback album and a brand new tour!

Fans of Phil Collins, 64, could feel it coming in the air tonight — the “Sussudio” singer is making his comeback! It’s been a decade since Phil released any new music. Now, the man who conquered the 1980s with the band Genesis and as a solo artist says he’s ready to retire from retirement and get back out on the road!

“I’m no longer officially retired,” Phil told RollingStone on Oct. 28, adding that the “horse is out of the stable and I’m raring to go.” Fans are ready to welcome him back, as they haven’t heard any new music from him in almost ten years! Phil’s last album was 2002’s Testify, which he supported with the soon-to-be-prophetic First Farewell Tour. Outside a brief Genesis reunion tour in 2007 and a collection of Motown covers in 2010, Phil hasn’t played or recorded any music since then.

Why the silence from the man who released such hits as “In The Air Tonight,” “You Can’t Hurry Love” and “Two Worlds?” Family. Phil walked away from the music business to spend more time with his wife, Orianne Cevey, and their two sons, Nicholas and Matthew. Phil moved to his wife’s native country of Switzerland and stayed happily retired until a nasty divorce in 2008.

Orianne took the kids to live in Miami, leaving Phil “with a lot of time on my hands to think about what happened,” he told RollingStone. “I went through a few bits of darkness; drinking too much. I killed my hours watching TV and drinking, and it almost killed me.” Thankfully, Phil said that he made it through that devastating period in his life and that he hasn’t had a drink “in three years.”

Phil is working on putting together a new tour and he’s starting work on a new album, My Life In 15 Songs. His un-retirement is not just a way for him to get back to doing what he loves. It’s also a way for him to get closer to his boys.

“My kids are now 10 and 14 and they want to see what their dad does,” Phil added. Lily Collins, Phil’s daughter from his second wife, Jill Tavelman, has gotten a chance to see her daddy play where her two stepbrothers have not. “They were in [diapers] when I was last on the road,” Phil said. “They love my music and I’d like to take them out so they can enjoy it.”

The Big Battle In ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Will Be Insane

Categories: Uncategorized

ddSo, we always put that spoiler alert at the top of posts that reveal plot points from “Game of Thrones” or A Song of Ice and Fire. But there are “spoilers” and there are SPOILERS. And this post contains the latter. So stop right here if you don’t want to know some crazy stuff from Season 6 of the show.

Still here? OK. You were warned.

Today, invaluable “Game of Thrones” fan sites Watchers on the Wall and Winter Is Coming posted a whole bunch of information about a big Season 6 battle currently being filmed in Northern Ireland. We’ve known about this battle for more than a month: Kit Harrington was spotted participating in it, which is how we learned for sure that Jon Snow would come back from the dead  in the next season.

We also already knew that people on set are calling it “The Battle of the Bastards” — because the two armies are led by Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton, formerly Ramsay Snow. Ramsay’s army will include fighters from many Northern houses, while Jon’s is made up largely of Wildlings.

But the new batch of leaks reveals some crucial — and insane — new details about this big battle, which is rumored to go down in Episode 9, traditionally the spot for the most dramatic moments of the season.

For starters, Jon’s forces will apparently include at least one giant — a creature second only to a dragon in terms of the damage it can wreak. On the other hand, there hasn’t yet been any evidence that the White Walkers or their zombie hordes are involved.

The biggest surprise, though, is the presence of someone who has nothing to do with the supernatural: Sansa Stark. Actress Sophie Turner has been spotted near the set of the battle. You may recall that at the end of Season 5, Sansa and Theon Greyjoy jumped off the walls of Winterfell to escape from the vile Ramsay.

It’s not yet clear how Sansa is involved — or, for that matter, whether her escape attempt was successful. She might have made it to Jon Snow, and could be helping his cause … or she might be Ramsay’s prisoner once again.

That’s an especially scary prospect, because Winter is Coming writes that Ramsay has been spotted “tying two known characters to X-crosses upside down and burning them during the fighting.” (The Bolton sigil is a flayed man upside down on an X-cross.) So if Ramsay managed to recapture Sansa and Theon, they might be the two characters he kills. If that’s the case, it would certainly be the most upsetting character death since the Red Wedding — and it might even be worse.

In the interest of ending on a high note, though, let’s venture, for a moment, even further into the dark realms of speculation. The best-case scenario for the battle might go like this: Sansa, Jon and maybe even Rickon reunite and lead a Wildling army against the Boltons, who are supported by much of the North. But when the other Northern houses see the two Stark children, they turn on Ramsay and win the battle. Then everyone lives happily forever after. Hurrah!

But wait. That still leaves two unidentified “known characters” burning on Ramsay’s cross. And we still have no idea what Littlefinger is up to: He said, in Season 5, that he would muster an army in the Vale and use it to invade the North. And even if the White Walkers don’t show up during the battle, they’re out there beyond The Wall, getting stronger by the day. So much for ending on a high note. In the world of “Game of Thrones,” there’s really no way to win.

Oprah’s Secret Son??

Categories: Top Stories

OPRAHOprah Winfrey‘s long lost secret “son” sat down exclusively with RadarOnline.com to break his silence and blast the talk show queen for cruelly cutting him out of her life.

A heartbroken Calvin Mitchell said Winfrey, 61, tried to adopt him as a boy, but then abandoned him as a teen, sending him spiraling into a deep depression.

A distraught Mitchell told Radar: “I want to ask Oprah, ‘Why did you leave me? Why did you leave me?’” “I’m still empty,” he confessed. “I’m still searching. I don’t have closure to this. I just don’t understand.”

Mitchell claimed Winfrey turned her back on him after helping to raise him for five years when, as a “dumb” 17-year-old, he dropped out of the swanky private school she footed the bill for him to attend.

“I was young. I made a dumb decision, and Oprah wouldn’t forgive me,” said Calvin, now a 35-year-old truck driver. “I feel like what she did was wrong.”

Mitchell recounted for Radar how he met Oprah in 1992 when he was cast as an extra on the ABC-TV urban drama There Are No Children Here.

One day, the then-11 year old slipped past set security, picked a Diet Coke out of a cooler, and offered it to Winfrey, who was so touched that she offered the youngster a job as her so-called “personal bodyguard,” revealed Mitchell.

After filming ended, Winfrey maintained contact with Mitchell — and even tried to make the boy part of her family.

“Oprah asked my mom if she could adopt me, and my mom denied her,” he revealed.

Mitchell’s mother, 56-year-old Eva Mitchell, told Radar: “It felt strange because I felt if someone wanted to help me with my children, that’s one thing. But to actually adopt one child knowing I have others? I couldn’t allow her to separate my children.”

Despite the refusal, Winfrey’s partner Stedman Graham continued to treat Mitchell as one of his own. “He used to take me to [Chicago] Bulls games, and we went to the black rodeo that he hosted every year,” Calvin told Radar.

“We had a close relationship.” Oprah and Stedman were like family to me.”

Winfrey often gave the boy gifts, and Mitchell recalled that some came with messages attached, such as: “To my son Calvin, I love you.”

When Mitchell became older, Winfrey paid for him to attend The Piney Woods School, a prestigious Christian-based boarding school for African Americans in Mississippi.

But Mitchell grew homesick and decided to drop out in his junior year, despite Winfrey’s pleas that he stay and graduate.

“I just wanted to come home, and Oprah didn’t understand that,” Mitchell said.

“She told me, ‘Calvin, just try to work it out. You can do it. Just hang in there.’ She was trying to inspire me to do what was right. But even after the long pep talk she gave me, I still left.”

It quickly became clear that Winfrey wasn’t pleased with his decision, and she cut him out of her life, which sent him spiraling into depression and thoughts of suicide.

“By leaving school, I’d failed my whole family. I’d let everybody down,” he told Radar.

“But I thought Oprah and Stedman would still be a part of my life. At one point, it was like I’d lost my whole world.”

NBC Execs Secretly Talking Intervention For Jimmy Fallon

Categories: Uncategorized

jfDoes Jimmy Fallon have a drinking problem? After his second booze-related injury in just a few month, RadarOnline.com has learned that network execs are concerned.

An insider told Radar that NBC Entertainment chief Bob Greenblatt and Tonight Show Executive Producer, Lorne Michaels, “have recently had several very frank and honest conversations about Jimmy. Lorne is extremely protective of Jimmy, obviously. Does Jimmy like to party and have a good time? Absolutely, and there late nights of going out with the crew after the show finishes taping, but it’s not every night.”

“Jimmy shows up for work, on time, and is always a professional,” the source continued, but there’s still growing concern. “The NBC family adores Jimmy, but Bob is monitoring the situation. If he needs to intervene, it will be done.”

As Radar reported, Fallon’s increasing clumsiness is starting to raise eyebrows.

In his latest drinking-related incident, Fallon was in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this weekend accepting the Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor from the Harvard Lampoon when witnesses say that he tripped while holding a bottle of booze and sliced his hand.

“He was definitely drunk,” an eyewitness told Radar. “At first people thought it was a joke when he fell since he had hurt himself before.”

“After he fell, the police helped him up. He immediately started yelling, ‘More Jaeger! More Jaeger!’” since he broke the bottle of Jaeger that he was carrying, the source continued. “Eventually someone brought him more Jaeger.”

A source close to Fallon insisted, “Jimmy Fallon is totally fine and the conversation between Bob and Lorne didn’t happen.”

This weekend, the source continued, “He was celebrating in the organized and planned Harvard Lampoon event in the streets and some girl kneeled down directly in front of him rather abruptly, just as he was turning around. He then tripped over her because he didn’t see her. When he tripped over the girl, he fell on glass. At the urgency of the police, who  were on site at the celebration, he went to Mass General to be sure there was no glass in his hand. He was checked out, left soon after arriving and returned to the celebration at the Harvard Lampoon Building.”

But in June, he nearly lost a finger after a late-night kitchen accident, although his rep insisted the incident was not alcohol-related. And shortly after that, Fallon had to go to the dentist after allegedly chipping a tooth opening a bottle of medicine for his hand.

As Radar has reported, Fallon has been a party animal for years. In 2014, he was caught in the middle of a late-night bar fight at notorious East Village dive Niagara. And he’s a known fixture on the NYC bar scene.

But the latest injury “wont prevent Jimmy from working, and he will certainly be making jokes about it on the show. There is a lot of pressure with the job and he just likes to let loose and blow off a little steam,” the source added.
